Trading Terms
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
Secure Online Ordering: Our shopping cart is secured by SSL to provide safe online shopping.
Delivery schedule:
All items listed are in stock, unless stated otherwise. But please allow 14 days for delivery we have postal collections Monday - Saturday. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.
Privacy Policy:
We conform to the Data Protection Act, 1998. Fine casts does not disclose buyers information to any third party. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We only contact the buyer, by email, regarding their order (eg. a dispatch notification) and we only send newsletters to customers who have requested a newsletter for notifications of our specials and discounts. We only require the customers phone number if sending the item/s via courier, as the courier requires a number of the recipient of the parcel.
We use "cookies" so that if you log out your items will be found in your basket the next time you log in.
Payment:
We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail)We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s
Packaging:
At Fine casts, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Fine casts for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Fine casts reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Toytinker reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended.
