Cancellation and returns:

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery.  To do this, please email us, use our "contact us" form or write to us. 

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.  However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in future.

If you cancel, your must return the goods to us at your own expense.  Please ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us to prevent deterioration of damage, and that the goods are packaged adequately.

Please send to the address on the invoice, including the top half of the invoice.  The goods must be  returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the item is faulty please write a note about the fault on the invoice and please state whether you would like a refund or replacement.  We will refund the postage for the return of faulty goods.

Once the item is received by us we can either replace the item (with the same item if in stock) or we will give you a refund of the cost of the item.  We do not refund postage costs, unless we sent you a faulty or incorrect item. 

If an item is damaged in the post we will either refund you once it has been returned to us at your expense, or we will complete the Royal Mail claim forms which we will forward to you.  

We do not impose re-stocking charges for returned items.
